Sync Conference Calendar 2026

Sync conferences have been one of the KEY ways that I have succeeded in the sync world. I look at the connections I make at the conferences as “leads” for the coming year. Here’s some of the reasons why I love Conferences:

1.) Face time with the key decision makers in the sync industry! If you see them multiple times, they will be WAY more likely to open an email from you. They will also get to know your music and I’ve gotten DIRECT syncs from Music Supervisors hearing my music at a listening session.

2.) Networking with Producers and Songwriters that could be future collaborators! I have made incredible relationships and friendships with Producers and Songwriters through these events and the community aspect is so much fun.

3.) Meet Licensing Companies! I have met a ton of Licensing Companies through conferences and have gotten my music heard and signed from showing up.

4.) Up to date info on what is happening in the industry. Continued education is key for knowing what is happening in the ever changing sync world.

5.) You realize that the sync world is a very small world. Realizing that your dream of getting your music on TV, Films and AD’s is not that crazy is really helpful to remind you to keep going!

Below is my Official Sync Conference Calendar for 2026. I have the links to the events in the blog for reference with the calendar. Hope it helps! (Calendar at the bottom)
